| Build your equity both ways - your
land and your home. Your quality constructed Redstone Engineered Home
System will grow in value over the years. And you will be free and
independent to live your own lifestyle in a home you built yourself.
We are providing you with a
way to build a custom, value added home for the least amount of money.
Our engineered system is NOT a "modular home", and NOT "just a bunch
of lumber" dropped off at your site. It is a carefully Engineered
System that can be erected and "Locked-up" in a matter of days......
not weeks.
Panelization offers Owner/Builders and "Do It
Yourselfers" a superior way to dry-in their home quickly in a
conventional way that is easy to understand with the benefit of nearly
limitless design.
With our engineered system, the shell of the home is
delivered to your jobsite as a series of panels, for everything from
the walls and floors to the roof. The main advantage of our system is
that your home is weather tight within a few days, lessening the
chance of weather damage, mold and mildew problems.
Panelization requires less on-site labor than
conventional framing. Our engineered system is delivered to your site
as a complete set of wall panels, floor system, and roof trusses,
which were constructed in a factory environment to exact
specifications of the home's footprint. Panels are designed for fast
assembly. A "Do It Yourselfer" can typically dry-in the structure in a
few days to a week, depending on the size of the structure and the
complexity of the design.
Another advantage in using our engineered system
is that Owner/Builders have all the components for their new home
delivered to the site in one or two truckloads, which eliminates
having to order and inventory several different deliveries from local
suppliers. Constant trips to the lumberyard are eliminated or reduced.
The time it takes to clean up and haul out waste is also substantially
reduced. Additionally, the caliber of materials and engineering in the
design of the home is assured at the factory before work on the home
starts.
